We are a non profit mentoring organization that serves students in 75217 and 75227

Primos is a mentoring organization that pairs young Latino students with Latino professionals in the Pleasant Grove area of Dallas. Primos’s mission is empower students and their families to tackle any challenge through mentoring and exposure opporunties. Primos connects students with a mentor and by provides programming via workshops and training. Programming includes monthly events related to the pillars of the organization’s mission: College, Career, and Life Readiness. Additionally, Primos links students to internships, exposes them to careers, and provides scholarships. Primos is Spanish for cousin. We aim to foster an family-like relationship between mentors, mentees, parents and our organization. This concept of family allows our community to grow and navigate college, careers, and life together.
